Game Rules & Penalty System

1 – Swearing, Insult, Sexist-Racist-Hate Speech, Insult to Family and Religious Values, Political Sharing

Swearing, Insults, Slang, Hate Speech, Discriminatory Language, Obscene or Disturbing Statements Using the Chat Window or Private Message.
Making fun of Country, Region, Language, Religion and Race. Communicating with game administrators using inappropriate language. Continuously Sending the Same Messages in a Way That Blocks the Chat Window of Other Players.
Discourses aimed at threatening, targeting and intimidating players based on real life. Advertising using information belonging to another game or company.
Using a word prohibited by law. Sharing personal information about yourself or someone else.

1st Penalty – 1 Day Silencing
2nd Penalty – 3 Days Silencing
3rd Penalty – 15 Days Silencing
4th Penalty – Permanent Account Ban

2 – Trying to Change Game Files / Third Party Program / Prohibited Software / Macro

You are still responsible for the representation of you or your account in the game world. Cheating in any way will result in immediate charges to your account.
Unauthorized changes to the game client (modification of the “Launcher” file, etc.), server or data.
Use of programs or devices not permitted or authorized by Rise Online World that allow unfair gaming advantages to be gained from the use of a particular mouse, keyboard, or other hardware device.
Sharing websites that contain and advertise Third Party Software, even if there is no advertising intention.

1st Penalty – 2 Days Attack Restriction Penalty
2nd Penalty – 7 Days Attack Restriction Penalty
3rd Penalty – Permanent Account Ban

3 – EXP Boost (Taxi Operations)

Directing this process by sending a message through the in-game chat window / private message,
If it is determined that this in-game operation was carried out by the Game Master team,
Redirecting to Discord and social media accounts to platforms where such sharing occurs, even if it does not constitute an advertisement,
Performing this transaction in exchange for in-game Gold, Items, Rise Cash, real world currency.

1st Penalty – 2 Days Attack Restriction Penalty
2nd Penalty – 5 Days Account Ban
3rd Penalty – 10 Days Account Ban
4th Penalty – Permanent Account Ban

4 – Account Sharing or Selling

Detecting account sharing by game officials,
It is forbidden to sell, exchange or share accounts with in-game Gold, Items, Rise Cash, real world currency or any other method.
Temporary account sharing for a specific activity publicly (on live broadcast platforms) is allowed.

1st Penalty – 3 Days Account Ban
2nd Penalty – 14 Days Account Ban
3rd Penalty – Permanent Account Ban

5 – Payment Fraud (Chargeback etc.)

Receiving Rise Cash without permission by paying with someone else’s Credit Card / Debit Card or by Wire Transfer from Contracted Sites,
Requesting or receiving a refund from the bank or intermediary institution for the payment made via the Chargeback method,
Accounts detected by game officials as committing payment fraud will be penalized.

Penalty: Permanent Account Ban

6 – Sharing and spreading unfounded information about the game, taking actions that will mislead the public by making unfair accusations about the game.

Using, disseminating and profiting from information that has not been shared and verified through game officials or official channels of the game to create confusion or harm other members directly or indirectly.

1st Penalty – 3 Days Account Ban
2nd Penalty – 14 Days Account Ban
3rd Penalty – Permanent Account Ban

7 – Violation of Private Rights

Sharing personal information of players or game administrators. Use of real life information,
Opening a clan/character with your phone number and government ID number. Even if it is yours, such use may result in severe penalties.

Penalty: Permanent Account Ban

8 – Sabotaging the Streamer / Stream

Preventing, harassing or disturbing a live streamer on any platform from playing the game by targeting them in PvP (Death Valley, Event Maps) areas.

1st Penalty – 1 Day Attack Restriction and 1 Day Silencing Penalty
2nd Penalty – 3 Days Attack Restriction and 3 Days Silencing Penalty
3rd Penalty – 7 Days Attack Restriction and 7 Days Silencing Penalty
4th Penalty – Permanent Account Ban

9 – Abuse of Game Bugs or Vulnerabilities (Bug Abuse)

Trying to use the game without reporting any errors or problems they find while playing the game,
Killing Creatures or Opponents from a place you shouldn’t be.

1st Penalty – 3 Days Account Ban
2nd Penalty – 7 Days Account Ban
3rd Penalty – Permanent Account Ban

10 – Use of Inappropriate Character or Clan Name

Impersonating game officials, using insulting or abusive names about players or company employees.

1st Penalty – 3 Days Account Ban
2nd Penalty – 5 Days Account Ban
3rd Penalty – Permanent Account Ban

11 – Actions aimed at unfairly obtaining gold, battle points, items, experience points in the game

The achievements of users who have obtained the stated gains unfairly may be completely deleted, and the relevant players may be temporarily or permanently removed from the game.

1st Penalty – 3 Days Attack Restriction Penalty
2nd Penalty – 7 Days Attack Restriction Penalty
3rd Penalty – Permanent Account Ban

12 – Event and Group Dungeon Sabotage

Not doing what your character class requires in group dungeons and in-game events such as Blood Valley War and Crystal Fortress War (e.g. not attacking creatures, not using Heal, Debuff abilities, refusing to gather pearls in group dungeons, etc.)
Intentionally causing a mistake in events and group dungeons, slowing down progress, knowingly giving points to the opposing faction by dying.

2nd Penalty – 3 Days Attack Restriction Penalty
3rd Penalty – 7 Days Attack Restriction Penalty
4th Penalty – 15 Days Attack Restriction Penalty
5th Penalty – Permanent Account Ban

13 – Sabotaging Players to Gain PvP/EXP

In the Kingdoms, Haddar and Hagard; deliberately attracting creatures to parties / players to gain PvP / EXP, trying to make the others die / killing, etc.

1st Penalty – 2 Days Attack Restriction Penalty
2nd Penalty – 5 Days Attack Restriction Penalty
3rd Penalty – 7 Days Attack Restriction Penalty
4th Penalty – 15 Days Attack Restriction Penalty
5th Penalty – Permanent Account Ban

14 – Rules Regarding the Usage of Global Chat

Advertising, trading and politics are prohibited from the global chat window.

1st Penalty – 1 Day Silencing
2nd Penalty – 3 Days Silencing
3rd Penalty – 15 Days Silencing
4th Penalty – Permanent Account Ban
