Woodcutting is one of the gathering life skills in Rise Online.

It is the life skill of collecting wood by chopping trees. There are 4+3 different levels of trees and wood is obtained according to the tree / level. In addition to 4 level trees, there are also 3 special (rare) trees. These trees rarely spawns and these materials are needed to make important items.

For Woodcutting, an axe of the relevant level is required. The axes used in Woodcutting in Rise Online are as follows:

• Common Wood Axe – 100.000 Coins
• Rare Wood Axe – 1.000.000 Coins
• Epic Wood Axe – 5.000.000 Coins
• Unique Wood Axe – 20.000.000 Coins

Tree Types and Materials

Oak Tree (Level 1+)

• Spawns in Dorion and Kingdoms.
• Can be chopped with all Wood Axes.
  • It can be chopped in 9×12 = 108 seconds with Common Wood Axe,
  • in 9×10 = 90 seconds with Rare Wood Axe,
  • in 9×9 = 81 seconds with the Epic Wood Axe,
  • and in 9×8 = 72 seconds with the Unique Wood Axe.
• It gives 9x materials: Oak Wood with an 80% chance and Aarvad Leaf with a 20% chance.
  • In Kingdoms, these chance rates are 88%/12%.
• Grants 450 Woodcutting EXP (9×50) in Dorion and 720 Woodcutting EXP (9×60) in Kingdoms.
• There is a respawn time of 600 seconds (10 minutes).

Pine Tree (Level 10+)

• Spawns in Kingdoms.
• It can be chopped with all Wood Axes, except the Common one.
  • It can be chopped in 8×12 = 96 seconds with Rare Wood Axe,
  • in 8×10 = 80 seconds with Epic Wood Axe,
  • and in 8×9 = 72 seconds with the Unique Wood Axe.
• It gives 8x materials: Pine Wood with a 75% chance and Aarvad Leaf with a 25% chance.
• Grants 800 Woodcutting EXP (8×100).
• There is a respawn time of 600 seconds (10 minutes).

Deadly Pine Tree (Death Valley)

It has the same attributes as Pine Tree. It is chopped 100% faster due to spawning in Death Valley.

Aspen Tree (Level 20+)

• Spawns in Haddar / Hagard and Death Valley.
• It can be chopped with Epic and Unique Wood Axes only.
  • Can be chopped in 7×12 = 84 seconds with Epic Wood Axe,
  • and in 7×10 = 70 seconds with Unique Wood Axe.
• It gives 7x materials: Aspen Wood with an 85% chance and Aarvad Leaf with a 15% chance.
  • It doesn’t gives Aarvad Leaf in Death Valley. Gives guaranteed 7x Aspen Woods.
• Grants 1,400 Woodcutting EXP (7×200) in Haddar / Hagard and 2,100 Woodcutting EXP (7×300) in Death Valley.
• There is a respawn time of 600 seconds (10 min) in the Haddar / Hagard and 300 seconds (5 min) in the Death Valley.

Deadly Aspen Tree (Death Valley)

It has the same attributes as Aspen Tree. It is chopped 100% faster due to spawning in Death Valley.

Birch Tree (Level 30+)

• Spawns in Haddar / Hagard and Death Valley.
• It can be chopped in 6×12 = 72 seconds with Unique Wood Axes only.
• It gives 6x materials: Birch Wood with an 83% chance and Aarvad Leaf with a 17% chance.
  • It doesn’t gives Aarvad Leaf in Death Valley. Gives guaranteed 7x Birch Woods.
• Grants 2,400 Woodcutting EXP (6×400) in Haddar / Hagard and 3,600 Woodcutting EXP (6×600) in Death Valley.
• There is a respawn time of 600 seconds (10 min) in the Haddar / Hagard and 300 seconds (5 min) in the Death Valley.

Deadly Birch Tree (Death Valley)

It has the same attributes as Birch Tree. It is chopped 100% faster due to spawning in Death Valley.

Rare trees

Holy Tree (Level 10+)

• It spawns only in Death Valley.
• It can be chopped with all Wood Axes except the Common one.
  • It can be chopped in 4×24 = 96 seconds with Rare Wood Axe,
  • in 4×20 = 80 seconds with Epic Wood Axe,
  • and in 4×16 = 64 seconds with Unique Wood Axe.
• It gives 4x Holy Woods.
• Grants 9,600 Woodcutting EXP (4×2,400).
• It has a respawn time of 7,200 seconds (2 hours).

Firefly Tree (Level 20+)

• It spawns only in Death Valley.
• It can be chopped with Epic and Unique Wood Axes.
  • It can be chopped in 4×24 = 96 seconds with Epic Wood Axe,
  • and in 4×20 = 80 seconds with Unique Wood Axe.
• It gives 4x Firefly Woods.
• Grants 14,400 Woodcutting EXP (4×3,600).
• It has a respawn time of 10,800 seconds (3 hours).

Soulsage (Level 30+)

• It spawns only in Death Valley.
• It can be chopped in 4×24 = 96 seconds with the Unique Wood Axe only.
• It gives 4x Soulsages.
• Grants 19,200 Woodcutting EXP (4×4,800).
• It has a respawn time of 14,400 seconds (4 hours).

Patch Changes

• 9.5.0
  • Oak Tree’s gathering time with Epic Wood Axe increased from 8 to 9 seconds, and its gathering time with Unique Wood Axe increased from 6 to 8 seconds.
    • Increased total cooldown for Epic Wood Axe from 72 (9×8) seconds to 81 (9×9) seconds,
    • and increased total cooldown for Unique Wood Axe from 54 (9×6) seconds to 72 (9×8) seconds.
  • Pine Tree’s gathering time with Unique Wood Axe increased from 8 to 9 seconds.
    • Increased from 64 (8×8) seconds to 72 (8×9) seconds.
