Quarrying is one of the gathering life skills in Rise Online. Various stone blocks can be crafted in Stonemasonry using stones gathered through Quarrying. These stone blocks are used to upgrade clan buildings.

To gather stones with Quarrying, a stonehammer of the relevant level is required:

  • It gives 6 materials: 50% chance of Rough Stone, 50% chance of Stone.
  • Each Sandstone gives 300 Quarrying EXP (6×50).
  • There is a respawn time of 900 seconds (15 minutes).

Ironstone (Level 10+)

    • Can be gathered in 8×18 = 144 seconds with Rare Stonehammer,
    • in 8×16 = 128 seconds with Epic Stonehammer,
    • and in 8×14 = 112 seconds with Unique Stonehammer.
  • Drops 8x materials: Rough Stone with a 75% chance, Iron Ore with a 25% chance.
  • Each Ironstone gives 800 Quarrying EXP (8×100).
  • There is a respawn time of 900 seconds (15 minutes).

Limestone (Level 20+)

  • Spawns in Haddar / Hagard and Death Valley.
  • Can be gathered with Epic and Unique Stonehammer.
    • Can be gathered in 10×18=180 seconds with Epic Stonehammer,
    • and in 10×16 = 160 seconds with Unique Stonehammer.
  • Drops 10x materials: 80% chance of Rough Stone and 20% chance of Marble in Haddar / Hagard, 60% chance of Rough Stone and 40% chance of Marble in Death Valley.
  • Each Limestone gives 2,000 Quarrying EXP (10×200) in Haddar / Hagard, 3,000 (10×300) Quarrying EXP in Death Valley.
  • There is a respawn time of 900 seconds (15 minutes) in Haddar / Hagard, and 300 seconds (5 minutes) in Death Valley.

Sealed Limestone (Level 20+)

Only spawns in Death Valley. Has same traits as Limestone.

Granite Rock (Level 30+)

  • Each Granite Rock gives 4,000 Quarrying EXP (10×400) in Haddar / Hagard and 6,000 Quarrying EXP (10×600) in Death Valley.
  • There is a respawn time of 1,350 seconds (22 minutes, 30 seconds) in Haddar / Hagard, and 450 seconds (7 minutes, 30 seconds) in Death Valley.

Sealed Granite Rock (Level 30+)

Only spawns in Death Valley. Has same traits as Granite Rock.

Ancient Stone

  • Can be gathered by up to 10 players at the same time.
  • Drops one of the following random materials in the specified count:
    • 50x Stoneblock
    • 20x Marble
    • 10x Granite
    • 3x Sphere of Fire
    • 3x Sphere of Water
    • 3x Sphere of Air
    • 2x Poison Essence
  • Gives 500 Quarrying EXP.
  • There is a respawn time of 14,400 seconds (4 hours).

      • Respawn time reduced from 1,200 seconds to 900 seconds (20 -> 15 minutes).
    • Ironstone
      • The amount of materials has been increased from 7 to 8. With this change, the changes in Quarrying EXP gain and gathering times are as follows:
        • Quarrying EXP gain: Increased from 700 to 800 (7×100 -> 8×100).
        • Rare Stonehammer: Increased from 126 seconds to 144 seconds (7×18 -> 8×18).
        • Epic Stonehammer: Increased from 112 seconds to 128 seconds (7×16 -> 8×16).
        • Unique Stonehammer: Increased from 98 seconds to 112 seconds (7×14 -> 8×14).

          • Quarrying EXP gain: Increased from 2,400 to 4,000 (6×400 -> 10×400).
          • Unique Stonehammer: Increased from 108 seconds to 180 seconds (6×18 -> 10×18).
        • Respawn time increased from 1,200 seconds to 1,350 seconds (20 -> 22 minutes, 30 seconds).
      • Death Valley
        • Previously, there was an 80% chance of Rough Stone and a 20% chance of Granite in both Haddar / Hagard and Death Valley. There is now a 60% chance of Rough Stone and a 40% chance of Granite in Death Valley.
        • Respawn time reduced from 600 seconds to 450 seconds (10 -> 7 minutes, 30 seconds).

    • Increased the gathering time of Sandstones from 15 to 16 seconds with Rare Stonehammer, from 12 to 14 seconds with Epic Stonehammer, and from 9 to 12 seconds with Unique Stonehammer.
